By Gregory Chandler I often write about Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). CLA is an omega-6 fat. CLA, however, is unlike other omega-6s fats. CLA reduces inflammation and the risk of cancer. When CLA is taken for at least 12 weeks, the supplement has been shown to reduce body fat and increase lean mass. The reduction of body fat is even more so in the abdominal area.
