By Gregory Chandler In a recent omega-3 study, researchers found that earlier research found omega-3s can help the body burn stored fat by raising core body temperature, called thermogenesis. Researchers measured blood levels of omega-3s in 124 adults who had healthy weight, who were overweight or who were obese.
