GREGORY CHANDLER, ATTORNEY AT LAW, ON BETA-ALANINE

Beta-alanine is a special form of an amino acid that serves as a buffer to regulate acid. Buffers effectively allow one to exercise harder because one feels less fatigue.

The ability to do more work in the gym leads to increased
muscular strength, endurance and growth as well as increases
in both anaerobic and aerobic power.
