GREGORY CHANDLER ON CREATINE LOADING
There is no need to consume large amounts of creatine in the beginning stages of taking the supplement. The old school advice was to take 20 grams of creatine per day for 5 to 7 days. This period was followed by 5 grams per day.
For modern creatine supplements, take 3 to 5 grams every day. Take it before working out on training days and with the largest meal of the day on non training days.
