I learned recently that avocados are fruits.  Avocados are loaded with healthy fats and essential B vitamins.  According to research, vitamin B6 is one of the most important nutrients for overall physical health.  Vitamin B6 supports the nervous system, helps the body manufacture red blood cells and aids in the synthesis of proteins and fats.
