Gregory Chandler --- Charter Schools

A charter school failed to meet generally-accepted standards of fiscal management, supporting the revocation of the school's charter.  The school consistently failed to provide the school district with accurate enrollment data, resulting in the school district overpaying the school by $110,398.54.  Additionally, the school failed to file timely financial audits on at least four occasions.

The case is Graystone Academy Charter School v. Coatesville Area School District, 2014 WL4214057 (Pa.Cmwlth.)
