GREGORY CHANDLER---DARK CHOCOLATE
Dark chocolate is a good source of monounsaturated fatty acid, a type of heart-healthy, disease-fighting fat found in foods such as almonds, peanut butter and chocolate.
A slow nibble of dark or semi-sweet chocolate can slow down digestion so you feel full longer and in between meals. Studies show that eating small amounts of dark chocolate is good for your heart and brain.
Furthermore, dark chocolate helps control blood sugar.
