Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally-occurring fat that can be found in foods such as beef and milk.
Unlike the majority of fats found in the human diet, CLA can actually help you support your body composition. Researchers
are not sure how CLA works. Although CLA does not appear
to boost metabolism, some evidence suggests that CLA may decrease the ability of cells to store dietary energy.
