Science has shown that cinnamon may be beneficial in controlling blood sugar levels. It is suggested that 2 grams of cinnamon helps significantly reduce blood sugar levels, triglycerides, LDL (bad) cholesterol and total cholesterol levels in people with type 2
diabetes.
