GREGORY CHANDLER --BERRIES
Berries are a valuable food in maintaining health. Berries are low in sugar. Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are rich in antioxidants.
Eating just one cup of mixed berries daily for eight weeks was associated with increased levels of good HDL cholesterol and lowered blood pressure in a study published recently by the
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
