GREGORY CHANDLER--ONIONS AS A CANCER FIGHTER




According to a study conducted at Cornell University, onions can assist as cancer fighters. 

Shallots, western yellow, pungent yellow, and red onions are higher in anti-cancer chemicals than other onions varieties tested.

Berries are a valuable food in maintaining health.  Berries are low in sugar.  Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are rich in antioxidants. 

Eating just one cup of mixed berries daily for eight weeks was associated with increased levels of good HDL cholesterol and lowered blood pressure in a study published recently by the
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
